So you’re Public Access qualified, what now?

 

This workshop has been designed to provide barristers with the practical skills that the Public Access training course doesn’t.

 

Who should attend? Barristers who want to advance their public access work, gain confidence and hone their skills in this area.

  • client care letters x 3
  • screening form/payment record
  • complaints handling procedure
  • letters of authority
  • notice of acting
  • relevant extracts from code of conduct
  • BSB Guidance
