This workshop looks at completing a Notice of Appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).

The best prepared applications can fail. Understanding how to complete a Notice of Appeal is an essential part of the appeal process.  A properly completed Notice both validates, and establishes the scope of, the appeal. We will draft a Notice of appeal considering:

• Appeal rights and their limitations
• Grounds of appeal
• Statements of additional grounds
• Procedure rules

Learning objective  – advisers will be able to complete a Notice of Appeal so as to put their client’s appeal on a correct administrative, factual and legal footing.
