Managing Change

Organisations are constantly facing change, for example a restructure, a merger, downsizing or the installation of new technology. Any change in an organisation can cause disruption and difficulties. However, by understanding the change process, and the different ways people react to change, it becomes easier to adapt and to  deal with change successfully.
