By the end of the course, delegates will be confident in:

• Managing the challenges and changes to a barrister's Public Access practice
• Understanding the role of a barrister and the client Public Access
• Rules and regulations within Public Access
• Knowing how to charge clients for Public Access services
• Ensuring complete customer care
• Marketing and advertising for a successful and continuous Public Access service

We are also delivering refresher courses. Our refresher course is designed to reinforce barristers’ understanding of Public Access and the rules and regulations that lay around it and recognise when and where appropriate to accept instructions under Public Access.
