  • electronic notes delivered by email
  • multiple choice questions with model answers to test your understanding and claim your CPD points
  • links to statutory material
  • guides to future updates

We currently have the following courses available:

  • Free Movement blog CPD
  • Introduction to Immigration Practice (twelve modules, based on our popular accreditation manual)
  • LSC supervisor course
  • European free movement
  • Challenging the Immigration and Asylum Chambers of the Tribunal
  • Deportation Procedures and Appeals

The Free Movement CPD is available for readng and following the popular Free Movement blog and the undertaking one of our multiple choice tests on relevant recent blog articles. Each test identifies the date range that it covers. Click here to read more about this on the Free Movement blog itself.

The names of the course participants will be held by HJT in a register and made available to the Law Society or Bar Council if you wish us to do so. We will also confirm your successful completion of a course by letter for your training records.

Time spent on distance learning courses, including computer-based courses, can qualify for up to 75% of a solicitor’s CPD requirement.
