Drafting grounds of appeal to challenge AIT decisions is a demanding and technical skill, and this course will give you an edge in obtaining orders for reconsideration, in robustly representing a client's interests through the intricacies of the reconsideration process (including a section on the production of fresh evidence) and, if necessary, in challenging at the High Court an AIT decision to refuse reconsideration or applying to the Court of Appeal from a second stage reconsideration decision.
